Jackie Glazier

Hailed for her “robust playing and virtuosic performance” (San Diego Tribune) and “beautiful and clear tone” (The Clarinet Magazine), Jackie Glazier is an active soloist, chamber musician, orchestral clarinetist, pedagogue, and advocate of new music. As an associate professor of clarinet at the University of Arizona Fred Fox School of Music, Glazier is a committed pedagogue and mentor to future generations of clarinetists and a member of the Arizona Wind Quintet. As a soloist and chamber musician, she has performed throughout North America, Europe, and Asia at many prestigious venues, including the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall.
Glazier is a founding member of the clarinet and saxophone ensemble, Duo Entre-Nous, with Belgian-based saxophonist Don-Paul Kahl. The duo is active in commissioning, performing, and recording works for clarinet and saxophone, and has been responsible for the creation of over 20 new works for the genre since 2016. In April 2021, they released their debut album, Fresh Ink, on Equilibrium Records, which received acclaim by The Saxophonist magazine.
Much of her work is connected to contemporary performance and intercultural arts research. Her performances have featured many world premieres, experimentation with choreography, multimedia, technology, and exploration of scientific fields and the human experience. As a soloist and chamber musician, Glazier has recorded for Parma, Centaur, Naxos, Toccata Classics, Mark Records, Equilibrium Records, New Sound Records, and Navona Records. In addition, Glazier is a frequent orchestral performer, having played with orchestras across the country as guest principal, second, Eb and bass clarinetist.
An active clinician and educator, Jackie has presented guest master classes at major universities throughout the United States. She has earned degrees from Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, University of Florida, and Florida State University. Jackie was named one of the University of Florida’s Outstanding Young Alumni in 2018. She is an artist with Buffet-Crampon and Vandoren, and performs exclusively on Buffet-Crampon clarinets and Vandoren reeds.
Fanya Lin - Piano

Described as a “striking interpreter” who gives a “committed and heartfelt performance” by Musical America and The New York Times, pianist Fanya Lin has entranced audiences worldwide with her charismatic and fiery performances. Lin’s “mesmerizing performance” of Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini in UK was depicted as “a tornado had touched down through her body and lifted her, feathers fluttering, from the piano stool as she weighed into the keys.” Her orchestral appearances include the Utah Symphony, Savannah Philharmonic, The Jackson Symphony, Mississippi Valley Orchestra, New Art Symphony, among others. Her concerto album Rhapsodic with Maestro Theodore Kuchar and the Lublin Philharmonic was released by Navona Records and distributed by Naxos in 2023.
An avid soloist, Fanya promotes classical music to the public by creating thematic concert programs and engages her audience by presenting interactive performances. Her solo recitals have been featured in numerous prestigious concert series, including the Schubert Club Musicians on the Rise, the Stecher and Horowitz Young Artist Series, and The Steinway Society of Western Pennsylvania.
Fanya also dedicates herself to new music by performing with contemporary music organizations such as Focus and Axiom. Her recent projects include performance of Boulez Sur Incises for three harps, three pianos, and three percussionists, piano-duet concert featuring works by celebrated female composers Tania León, Gabriela Lena Frank, Chen Yi, and Kay He.
A native of Taipei, Taiwan, Fanya is a top prizewinner of the Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition, Concours International de Piano France-Amériques, New York International Piano Competition, and Seattle International Piano Competition. Fanya earned her Doctoral Degree at the University of Minnesota under the guidance of Emerita Distinguished McKnight Professor Lydia Artymiw; her Master’s Degree at The Juilliard School with Professor Hung-Kuan Chen and Jerome Lowenthal; and her Bachelor’s Degree at Weber State University with Dr. Yu-Jane Yang. Currently, Dr. Fanya Lin is serving as the Associate Professor of Practice in Piano at the University of Arizona, where she teaches applied piano lessons, chamber music, piano literature, and Yoga for Musicians course.
Jenni Brandon - Composer

Jenni Brandon is a distinguished composer and conductor, weaving memorable melodies inspired by collaborator stories, nature, and poetry. Her extensive catalog, of over 100-plus works, spans solo pieces, chamber music, concertos, operas, and orchestral compositions, and two dozen albums across prestigious labels like Delos and MSR Classics feature her music. Brandon's artistry has earned her top accolades, such as the Sorel Medallion and the American Prize, reflecting her music's influence on the global stage. Her compositions are required repertoire for leading music competitions and auditions at premier institutions like Juilliard, UT Austin, and the Manhattan School of Music.
She oversees the global publication and distribution of her works through Jenni Brandon Music, collaborating with top publishers like Boosey & Hawkes, Imagine Music, and others. As a conductor, she's led performances of her works and others, notably her opera "3 PADEREWSKIS" at the Kennedy Center. Beyond her compositions, Brandon champions music education and collaboration, holding workshops nationwide and co-directing Heartland Marimba. With degrees from West Chester University and the University of Texas, plus doctoral studies at USC, Brandon's academic and professional footprint is significant.
Beyond music, she's a yoga enthusiast, dog lover, and avid scuba diver with her husband.
